You'll have the opportunity to share your gift and passion for basketball with young athletes from all levels โ from rising middle schoolers to high school varsity competitors โ in a proven, high-energy environment.

Training Intern
Join the team. Develop the next generation.
Learn PBD Structure
Immerse yourself in our training methodology, culture, and terminologies from day one.
Lead Sessions
Use your experience to run Junior High and High School training sessions independently.
Public Speaking
Must be comfortable speaking confidently in front of groups of 10โ15 athletes.
Group Session Experience
Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience running organized group training.
Basketball Background
HS varsity experience at minimum โ college playing experience strongly preferred.
Client Interaction
Comfortable engaging with leads and clients while handling admin tasks when needed.
Reliable Transport
Must be within 20 minutes of our gym with a reliable vehicle and the ability to commute consistently.
18+ Required
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this role.
